I need to work out.
After eating so much for the past few days in Malaysia, put on a few pounds already. Ipoh hor fun, Assam laksa, Penang laksa (not nice one.. sour and fishy), yam paste (very tasty), chicken biscuits, preserved nutmegs, wan ton mee with super big wan tons... And with the Taiwan trip coming up, I better start doing some exercises and TRY to eat less.
